RARE BEATLES MEMORABILIA
Last year, Big Daddy Ron Palmieri, donated the original Go-Go's drum cover from his memorabilia collection which raised more than $20,000 in honor of his dear friends Paul Norris and Rock Rocaberte and their foundation who are big supporters of APP. This year, again in their honor, Ron and his partner Jeff, have given us a very unique three-piece collection of vintage Beatles' memorabilia. The first two pieces are the actual 1964 color Beatles' premiere ticket and confirmation of purchase for the Beatles' first movie, A Hard Days Night, which Ron attended. The third piece is the actual program from the Beatles' 1966 Shea stadium concert performance in New York, which was given to Ron by Paul McCartney himself the day before the concert at a private gathering held at the Warwick Hotel in New York by Brian Epstein, the Beatle's manager. Memorabilia like this of almost a half-century ago is rare indeed.
